Return Policy – Kinky-Secret
At Kinky-Secret, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order under certain conditions. Please read our return policy carefully.

This return policy is governed by Dutch law (Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code).
By making a purchase at Kinky-Secret, you agree that all transactions, returns, and any potential disputes are subject to the laws of the Netherlands, regardless of your country of residence, including customers located in Canada.
We nevertheless aim to accommodate the needs of our international customers and ensure a smooth return and exchange process.
Return Conditions
In accordance with Dutch law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Certain items are excluded from returns or exchanges for hygiene and health reasons.
Items Eligible for Return

Products must be unused and in their original condition

All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact
Items Not Eligible for Return

Lingerie sets may only be returned if the sealed packaging (shipping seal) is intact, in accordance with Article 6:230p(f)(3) of the Dutch Civil Code

If the seal is broken, no refund or store credit will be issued
Order Cancellation and Returns

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped

After 24 hours, the order is automatically forwarded for processing and shipment

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

Returns are only possible after the order has been received and must comply with this policy

Return requests submitted before the order is received cannot be processed
Important Notice
Packages that are refused or handed directly to the carrier at the time of delivery without prior notification to our customer service team will not be accepted or refunded.
These packages do not reach us, making it impossible to process a return or refund.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT NOTICE
Returns must never be sent to the address listed on the shipping label.
This address belongs to the carrier and is not our return address.
Any package sent to this address will not be eligible for a refund.
If this has occurred, please contact us so we can review possible solutions.
How to Return Your Order (Canada)

You will receive return instructions along with the address of our international warehouse

Follow the instructions provided via email carefully

Ensure that items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

Include your order number inside the package

If the package is sealed and unopened, write the order number on the outside of the package

Use a tracked shipping method (Track & Trace) and email the tracking number to:

Return Shipping Costs (Canada)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Customers in Canada must return items to our warehouse in Asia

All return-related costs, including customs duties or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days

We offer a free exchange for lingerie sets, provided the sealed packaging is intact.
